SHARING THE VICTORY BANQUET

The Greater Fort Worth FCA's 2007 "Sharing the Victory" Banquet was held on November 5th at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Fort Worth.  The event was a huge success with over 20 corporate sponsors and more than 400 in attendance.  The banquet enabled FCA to heighten public awareness and raise funds for ministry support in order to better serve the Greater Fort Worth area.

Kyle Rote, Jr. was the featured speaker at our 2007 "Sharing the Victory" Banquet.
Kyle is a member of the FCA National Board of Trustees and founder of Athletic Resource Management, a successful sports agency that represents over 40 pro athletes. He is the only American born player to ever win a major professional soccer league Scoring Championship and he represented the United States in International Competition for 4 years. Rote shared how his faith in Christ impacted all areas of his life, including athletics.

Awards were given to the Bob Lilly TCU Athlete of the Year, Tom Landry Male and Female Athlete of the Year, and the Jim Wacker Coach of the Year.  Area athletes and coaches were in attendance and recognized for the impact they make on their campuses.

Check back soon for details on the 2008 "Sharing the Victory" Banquet.
